How does shopping work?+
Princess Polly Resale is the place to buy and sell new, like-new, and gently-worn Princess Polly clothing. When you buy something on Princess Polly Resale, you’re buying it directly from the seller — they’ll ship it to you within a few days after placing your order. It's a great way to save 60-90% on your favorite pieces.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, and Apple Pay on supported devices.
What’s the return policy?+
We guarantee a free return and full refund if an item wasn't accurately described, arrives in poor condition, or is never shipped.
We don't offer refunds for wear, stains, or other flaws that are mentioned or pictured in the listing. Before buying, be sure to read the description closely, look over the photos, and message the seller if you have any questions.

If you have any questions or problems with your order, you can reach out to customer support at any time at hi@curtsyapp.com.
I have not received my order, what should I do?+
Tracking on your order should update within 5 business days. If the tracking has not been updated, please reach out to customer support.
Where can I track my order?+
We ask all sellers to ship within 1-4 business days of making a sale. When the seller creates the label for your order, we’ll send you a text with the link to track the shipment. You can also track the shipment via the Princess Polly Resale website by going to your orders. Reach out to customer support if you have any more questions regarding your order.
I’m not in the U.S., Can I use Princess Polly Resale?+
Currently, Princess Polly Resale is only available in the U.S., but we’re hoping to expand soon.
Is everything in Princess Polly Resale authentic?+
Yes, all items sold on Princess Polly Resale are verified by our authentication team.

After the package is scanned by the USPS, we’ll add your earnings to your Princess Polly Resale account balance. From there, you can use your balance to shop at Princess Polly Resale or transfer instantly to your debit card or your bank.

What can I sell?+
Right now we support all Princess Polly clothing, shoes and accessories items in new, like-new, or excellent condition.
How does shipping work?+
- 1. Print out the shipping label we email to you after you make a sale. If you don’t have a printer, you can request to have the label mailed to you free of charge.
- 2. Pack your item in any small box or envelope.
- 3. Schedule a free USPS pickup on the same page where you printed your label, or drop the package off at your neighborhood USPS store, or drop it in a USPS bin.
- 4. Be sure to mark the item as Shipped in the app to let the buyer know it's on its way.
How do I get paid?+
When someone buys your item, they’re charged right away. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label that you can use to ship the item. As soon as you ship the item out and the tracking updates, we’ll add the earnings for the sale to your Princess Polly Resale account balance.
From there, you have three options:
- • Use your earnings to shop at Princess Polly Resale.
- • Transfer to your debit card (Instant in 30 mins or standard in 2-3 days)
- • Transfer to your bank account (2-3 days)
What is the fee?+
It’s free to list at Princess Polly Resale. When your item sells we’ll deduct a service fee of $1 plus 5% of the sale, plus a 2.9% payment processing fee. We use our service fee to run our platform and provide world-class customer support to our buyers and sellers.
I shipped my order, where is my payment?+
We’ll add your earnings to your Princess Polly Resale account balance as soon as you ship and the tracking updates on your order. It can take several hours for USPS to scan in your package at the post office after you drop it off. If you’ve not received your payment within 24 hours of shipping, please reach out to customer service.
What’s an offer?+
Offers are for when you love an item, but don’t love the price.
After tapping the "Make Offer" button on an item, you'll enter a price lower than the listed price.
The seller will have 24 hours to accept, counter, or deny the offer. If the seller accepts, the order will go through and you’ll be charged.

How do offers work?+
Buyers can offer to purchase your items for less than the posted price or ask for free shipping. When they make an offer, they’re agreeing to purchase the item if you accept.
When a buyer makes an offer, you’ll get a notification. You’ll have 24 hours to accept, decline, or counter their offer before it expires.
